See it in action · Agency team walkthrough

See agency analytical work come together.

See how an agency team documents its analytical work, adapts a starter use case and shares assets with a colleague in MyDataWork for AWS GovCloud (US).

Why it matters

Built for the realities of agency analytical work.

Analytical work is more useful when its purpose, assumptions and dependencies stay connected—even as people change roles, reviewers ask questions and teams explore AI.

Continuity through turnover

Document objectives, supporting assets and assumptions in shared work so colleagues have context when responsibilities change.

Better context for oversight discussions

Bring documented objectives, supporting assets and assumptions together when reviewers ask how the work supports a decision.

Stewardship of funded work

See what analytical work already exists and what it supports, so your team builds on it instead of rebuilding the context or paying to produce it twice.

Solution Packs · Agency Operations & Public Outcomes

Start with a useful idea.
Make it your agency's use case.

Common questions

Is this the right fit for your agency?

Do we need to deploy or manage the application?

No. MyDataWork operates the application in AWS GovCloud (US-West). Your team uses a managed workspace, logically isolated within a shared service, without deploying a MyDataWork instance in your agency's AWS account.

What information belongs in the workspace?

MyDataWork organizes asset metadata and the context your team adds, such as objectives, stakeholders and value assumptions. Use only information your organization permits. The service is not intended for classified information or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

Built-in AI assistance uses Amazon Bedrock in AWS GovCloud (US-West) and can include metadata and authored context. Marketplace processing, email and optional integrations involve services outside GovCloud. Review Security & IT and our Privacy Policy with your IT team before introducing agency information.

Does GovCloud hosting mean MyDataWork is authorized for our agency?

No. AWS's infrastructure authorizations do not grant an authorization to MyDataWork or replace your agency's assessment. MyDataWork is not FedRAMP or StateRAMP authorized or CMMC certified, and no agency Authority to Operate (ATO) is implied. See Security & IT for the service's scope and limitations.

How can we evaluate the product and purchase?

Contact us to discuss your team's objectives and arrange a walkthrough. See plans and purchasing options for package capacity, then review the GovCloud offer and its terms in AWS Marketplace before purchasing.

The GovCloud Marketplace offer has no free trial. Website trials run on the separate commercial service and do not transfer automatically to GovCloud. Refunds, renewal and cancellation follow your accepted offer and applicable terms.
