Metadata only
Every AI surface reads names, types, relationships, and the value you record — never your file contents, data values, or query results. The same boundary applies to agents over MCP.
Fair, predictable usage
Credits are per user, per day — and on Team plans each member gets their own, not a shared pool. Your first Estate Assessment and first Workspace Agent runs are free.
