MyDataWork is currently being introduced free with some limits through an early access program. During early access, the application may be limited while we refine the experience, improve setup, and prepare for broader licensed availability.
How access works today
During Early Access, you get full access to the product at no cost. When Early Access ends, you’ll be notified in advance and given the option to continue with a paid plan. No automatic charges, no credit card required to register.
General Availability Pricing
When Early Access ends, MyDataWork will move to the following paid plans. Early Access users will have the option to transition at launch pricing.

Frequently asked billing questions
- Is Early Access really free? Yes — no credit card, no hidden charges. Access ends when Early Access closes and you choose whether to continue.
- What happens to my data if I don’t subscribe? It’s retained for 30 days after Early Access ends, giving you time to export it.
- Can I switch plans later? Yes — upgrade or downgrade from your Account settings at any time.
- Is there a contract? Monthly Solo plans have no contract — cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable.
- What if I need more than 10 seats? Contact us at contact@mydatawork.com to discuss custom pricing.
